Newbl Spots Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Newbl collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when operating the Newbl Spots service, including location-based features, rewards, and subscription items.
Article 1 (Data We Collect)
We may collect account identifiers from social login, profile information, device and app information, cookies/session data, location-related data, uploaded photos and text, community activity history, reward records, subscription or purchase records, Apple App Store or Google Play payment verification data, and customer support records.
Article 2 (Purposes of Use)
We use personal data to authenticate users, operate the service, provide location-based exploration and posting features, operate digital items and subscription products, detect abuse, calculate rewards such as XPOT, verify Apple App Store or Google Play purchases, process cancellations or refunds where applicable, respond to support requests, improve service quality, and comply with law.
Article 3 (Location and Content Handling)
Location-related data may be used to verify on-site activity, support map exploration, operate automated exploration features, show posts on the map, recommend nearby content, and enforce anti-abuse rules. Photos, captions, comments, profile images, and similar content may be displayed to other users depending on service settings.
Article 4 (Retention and Deletion)
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by law. Where laws require retention of transaction, payment, cancellation, or personal location information usage records, we retain them for the required period. When retention is no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymized unless continued retention is legally required.
