NEWBL Spot Subscription Item Terms
These Terms govern payment, entitlement provisioning, usage, recurring billing, cancellation, refunds, and liability for subscription-based electronic items and digital features offered through NEWBL Spot.
Article 1 (Product and Contracting Party)
The seller of record, plan details, fees, billing cycle, and minimum commitment period follow what is displayed on the checkout and order confirmation pages.
Article 2 (Recurring Billing and Renewal)
Subscriptions renew and bill automatically each cycle unless canceled. If canceled before the next billing date, no charge will be made for the following cycle.
Article 3 (Entitlement Provisioning and User Duties)
Entitlement start timing, scope of use, supported devices/environments, and feature limits follow checkout and in-service disclosures. Account sharing, abusive access, circumvention, reverse engineering, or other policy violations may result in restrictions, and related losses are your responsibility.
Article 4 (Cancellation and Early Termination)
You may cancel through account settings or support. Plans with a minimum term may include an early termination fee or discount clawback as disclosed at checkout.
Article 5 (Refunds)
(1) Electronic items and digital features may start immediately after payment. Cooling-off may be restricted where permitted by law once use begins, and applicable limits/conditions are disclosed before purchase. (2) After a billing cycle starts, charges for already provided periods or already consumed entitlements are non-refundable. Remaining value may be refunded pro-rata or under plan-specific terms disclosed at checkout. (3) Refunds may be denied or limited after digital entitlement activation/use, or in cases such as account sharing/transfer/unauthorized redistribution, data loss, unlawful operation, or account sanctions due to policy violations. (4) Send refund requests to contact@newbl.co.kr with order ID, reason, and evidence. Initial review is provided within 7 business days; approved refunds are processed according to payment provider timelines.
